One in four adults and one in 10 children experience mental illness, and many more of us know and care for people who do. Young people with eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia, adults stressed, feeling lonely, depressed and even suicidal. Afraid to get the help they need for the stigma surrounding this illness, Let’s smash that stigma together. Share your stories, your fears and your concerns and let’s really bring this into the open, we want to hear your voice, Let’s Talk!
